Silver Bolts?

vayne was doing autoattack damage, and the silver bolts were counting too.

blind's and dodge should not apply silver bolts so its clearly a bug

it's vayne ult why would it apply? that'd make teemo op against vayne.

That has nothing to do with Vayne's Ult, it's just her W, Silver Bolts.
And what you described also happens on the live server.

So, as you can see, Vayne's W does True Damage on the third consecutive attack.
Now, the League of Legends Wikipedia states this about True Damage:

"True damage is one of the three types of damage in League of Legends, the others being magic damage and physical damage. True damage ignores armor and magic resistance.
[...] and both true damage as an on-hit effect and true damage on standard attack are capable of being avoided completely if the standard attack is dodged."


So, logically seen, there is no problem with Vayne's Silver Bolts hitting Teemo even when blinded, because her attacks missed, so Teemo didn't get to dodge them, and the True Damage after the third shot applies.

how is missing from dodging different from missing due to blinds? A miss is a miss.

Silver Bolts apllies one stack every attack, meaning, even if it misses. It doesn't really matter, if the attack does damage or not.

If Teemo dodged Vayne's attacks instead, then the Silver Bolts wouldn't apply from the start.

The way to avoid the true damage is only through dodging, meaning, with a bit luck from Ninja Tabi, but who would buy them on Teemo?


Missing an attack and dodging an attack is normally the same, but not in this game, because it has a Dodge System (will be removed soon though), so the words have a different meaning.

You see, there is no problem indeed with the silver bolts applying to teemo even when vayne's blinded, the problem is vayne NOT missing ANY of the shots when under the effect of blindness, she didn't only deal damage from the third shot but from ALL the auto attacks that should have missed.

So, following this logic i'd say it's a bug.

Vayne's ult makes her unaffected by blinds.
