Living Artillery 0.33
Can't confirm per se, but it's just guess if you go by LoL Wikia. Can anyone comfirm this?

Amumu-The Sad Mummy
Bandage Toss 1.0
Tantrum 0.5
Despair 0.005% (I'm sure Riot is wrong, it can't be 0.01%)
Curse of the Sad Mummy 0.35 (each second, 0.875 over 2.5 seconds)

They are not wrong..
try amumu on ap
as soon as he reaches 100ap
the spell shows (+1%)

try amumu on ap
as soon as he reaches 100ap

Hmm, well then, give me a screenshot proving it at 100 = 1% 200 = 2% and 300 = 3%, then we shall see what the ratio is
(it has been proven time and time again not to be 0.01%)
(100AP * 0.005% = 0.5, in this case, the game rounds up to 1%, thats where it comes from)
