My big question about brutalizers, can the ArP bring a target below 0 armor? 4 of these, ArP book and a black cleaver... Damn soooon, thats a balls load of ArP. And before you say anything Aratrok, yes, I am obsessed with ArP <3.

Armor Penetration does not bring a target's armour below zero. An item like Black Cleaver on the other hand actually -lowers- their armour, so it can. If you have enough items/abilities to bring an enemies armour to or below zero, armour penetration is technically wasted since there's nothing to penetrate.

Chop Chop, you can increase your damage by making your target have negative armor.

Brutalizer + Black Cleaver + Armor pen + ???? = MATCHS OVER

Interestingly enough, aside from Fiendish Codex (which is an awfully weak item) there's no +AP/Cooldown Reduction item that isn't laden with other stats, either. Frozen Heart (and its components) are expensive armor bits, the Tooth has attack speed, and so on. So having damage, armor penetration, and cooldown reduction on one item is a pretty good deal for melee since a caster wanting CD reduction almost always has to settle with paying for a ton of other stats too on the side, which may not always be useful.
