Honestly I don't see why the SR fanbois complain about a lack of strategy, there is so much variation in Dominion play that you must constantly reassess your strategies based on what the opponents are doing at any given time, and most plays are viable throughout the game. Plus these decisions all need to be made in seconds, leads to people needing to think far more strategically rather than follow the same old boring 3 stage SR strats.

The complete SR strategy book consists of

Early game - Jungle? Counter Jungle? Gank Mid? Last hit farming?

Mid game - Dragon? Gank top/bot? Last hit farm some more?

Late game - Baron? BD? Poke Poke Poke? Farm (push) some more?

Riot should not implement ranked for Dominion.

Last I read, Riot is waiting for everything to settle down and for the dominion community to sink in before venturing down that road.
