Why so many updates?

I play LoL quite often, and it is ALWAYS updating when i log in... why the heck is there so much updating? The updates are never less then 100mbs either.... I have an internet cap of 40gb, you have to stop updating so frequently.

there is a problem with your lol.
I suggest you delete the entire lol directory and reinstall. Most likely the patcher could not checksum your local content.
