You obviously havent seen a good teemo top. His ult is holding him back from being more dominant in fights. U cant give any char the best of all worlds.

unreliable escape mechanism.
shortest range available in the game for a ranged champion that rely on auto-attacks.
no hard cc.
no burst.
no sustain.

you can't give any char the worst of all worlds.

time to buff teemo.

You forgot a couple.

Like the Almost Best Speed in... all the parts of the game except the ones that matter where he has pretty much the worst speed instead.

And very importantly his utility map awareness role... which has been nerfed to a level of usefulness where it no longer prevents gankers even on a direct hit, doesn't deal enough damage to kill low health fleeing glass cannons, and provides less actual map awareness even at the THIRD level of an ULTIMATE than you get from ONE WARD.

Got to remember teemo has a LOT of worst possible worlds.

I probably still missed a few.
