Can't even buy most half off champs with this... Not to sound ungreatful or anything, but that's it? No champ sales etc?

So the skins and stuff came out, I boutght RP, and now I DON'T get the bonus. Ya'll need to FORCAST your bonuses and changes. Seriously. Not cool.
