Okay forums, I come to you one last time. If this isnt resolved soon, I will never play this game again, and I will encourage others to stop playing and to not play this game (yes, I'm very mad.) Heres my issue... I have had the maestro error on my computer for over a month now, no matter what updates you put on. It's not like other maestro errors, because every solution mentioned here in the forums and on player support has had NO effect on this error. Now PLEASE don't tell me it's my damn firewall, because I don't have any running so I know it's not that ABSOLUTELY. I can get to the login screen, even log in as i normally would and even get to queue to get into a game. But after 20 or 30 seconds of the program running, that error pops up every time. Maestro error. league of legends will now exit. Please try restarting the client. I regularly restart and update my computer as I should, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it countless times with no results. WHAT. IS. THIS. PROBLEM!?!
Answer me soon, or I'm dead serious when I say that I will never play this game again for as long as I live. Thank you.

A disgruntled paying customer

(P.S If you need a process list, info log, network analysis, I have them ready. Let me know.)

SinePreggin,

I know you've heard the line before but a Maestro error is always a connection problem, and most times it deals with Firewalls.

What steps have you taken so far to ensure your Firewalls aren't interfering? Keep in mind that anti-virus programs may also have a firewall, routers may have firewalls on them, and there's a good chance that any public location (Colleges, for example) can have a Firewall interfering with your ability to play.

I'd like to try and help you track this error down but I'll need a little more information.

I have uninstalled all my firewalls completely. Every file relating to any firewall is gone from my computer, and I have restarted it and then installed league with no firewalls running, with the same result. My router doesn't have a firewall to block it because a friend of mine can connect to my network and play league of legends with absolutely no issues what-so-ever. I'm also at home, running on a wireless connection that's very close to the router, so my connection is more than perfect.

Do you need a process list and info log? I can provide them if it will help you resolve this issue. I would be utterly surprised if a firewall was blocking this because I don't see it running in my process list, nor do i see an installed driver in my internet options. Any thoughts?

Re-installing the game won't have any effect on the outcome if you're running into Maestro errors, since they're purely networking issues.

Can I get you to run a Tracert on your network to see how traffic is flowing between your PC and Riot's servers?

1. Hit Windows Key + r to open the run key.
2. Type in "cmd" and press enter, opening up the command prompt.
3. Type in "tracert 216.133.234.62 > desktop\tracert.txt" and press Enter.
4. Type in "tracert 192.64.170.62 > desktop\tracert2.txt" and press enter

If you want to copy/paste you'll have to right-click in the command prompt and hit paste. Go ahead and attach both files to your post. (You'll have to click on the Go Advanced button)

SinePreggin,

All signs still point to a firewall issue. We just have to figure out where it's coming from.

Run the [[Netalyzr]] and tell me what you see.
~~~
Windows 7 has a built in Firewall, you can check the settings by using the CMD prompt and typing in "wf.msc".
If it's enabled, check and see if League of Legends has 2 separate exceptions under "Inbound" rules.
I'm aware that windows 7 has a built in firewall and I made sure it's turned completely off. To prove it further i will include a desktop screenshot. Also, here is a link to my Netalyzer results:
Thank you for the help! Hopefully I've narrowed this down for ya
I've talked to someone who knows a bit more about Networking than I do (Shoutout to Morgageddon), and he says the problem might actually be your ISP's DNS service. You can take these steps to change your DNS to Google's public DNS servers and see if that fixes your problem.
1. Go the Control Panel.
2. Click Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center, and click Change adapter settings.
3. Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example:
To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click Local Area Connection, and click Properties.
To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection, and click Properties.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
4. Select the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.
Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. If there are any DNS server IP addresses listed there, write them down for future reference, and remove them from this window.
Click OK.
5. Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.
Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers:
For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.
For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844
6. Restart the connection you selected in step 3.
This will change your DNS to Google's public DNS.
Also, that screenshot is about the size of an inch, bit hard to read. Try using .jpg instead of .png, as .png is tiny usually.
I've changed it to googles public DNS and restarted the connection, and although I have a better, stable internet now, the problem still showed up once the client ran for about 20 seconds or so. I ran the netalyzer again and the DNS issue is resolved as well, so thank you for helping me debug my internet a little more. The error is still there though. Gah. Such a nuisance!
EDIT: Sorry about the screenshot, but i sent it to show that it is indeed off
