This is Nasus, made in Lego Digital Designer, application made for LEGO fans that like to create virtual models.

For those of you who wanna see instruction:
Step 1: Download LDD from http://ldd.lego.com/download/
Step 2: Download .LXF file from http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Nitros/LDD/Nasus/nasus.lxf
Step 3: WindowsButton+R => %AppData%/Lego Company/Lego Digital Designer/preferences.ini (open it)
Step 4: Make a new line, type: Themeaccess=LDDExtended
Step 5 Use the make instructions function.
Step 6: Watch the loading bar go wild.
Step 7: Read Instructions.
Step 8: ???
Step 9: PROFIT! =3

Oh wow! That's pretty rad ^_^. I love LEGOs. I still have most of mine but I doubt that I have those pieces. After you design something, is there a way to possibly order the kit from LEGO. If not, then it should be so. I bet they would make bank because I know I would love to order myself some custom LEGO kits.=D
