So, I have awful experience with my internet connection via Comcast.

This has caused me to be disconnected from several matches now. I haven't played for a week until today, got on, played 3 games, got disconnected from one. Now I am banned.

Obviously, this wasn't an act to escape the match considering that we were winning the match (and ended up being victorious, though I didn't get accredited since I was disconnected).

It would be immensely appreciate if this ban could be lifted, as the reason for the ban was in no way associated with my decision.
