Missing Morgana, maybe a few other supporters. But I might be biased because I love Morg. She can hold mid, she makes good support midgame, her shield is very useful in teamfights, her R slows enemies down enough for carries to finish them off... =P
Also, not every char needs to be listed as "support" to be a good supporter. Ashe and Ahri also make great bottom lanemates if played as such. Just remember to be flexible and consider the needs of your team. Don't get so focused on kill/death stats that you lose sight of the match.
Plus - don't just run in and die. Supporters are usually a little squishier and need to watch their own health. Don't run away when your teammate needs you, but if you see four enemies coming at you both, RUN away and ping for help. Don't play stupidly just because you're not the star racking up the most kills. Supporters who don't feed make much more better teammates.
Overall, not bad as a quick explanatory guide. I would disagree on not killing any minions though - no matter what your role, every team needs all its members to hold their own in their particular way. If you're supportive ranged you can at least help with the back three ranged minions. But again, be flexible depending on the situation and the general team strategy. Try to talk it out in team chat beforehand or if you have a sec between fights.
