also, it would be awesome if Teemo's return from said epic journey would coincide with Teemo buffs IRL. but I realize you can't control that

Teemo really isn't getting that much of a change, (unless I'm missing something)
His poison is just getting adjusted so that it works properly again.
But his problem is still his skill detail, not the numbers
He is only a good counter vs certain solo tops, and shuts down only certain champs.
Against others, he is helpless with his short range, weak overall dps.
He doesn't have a designated role, and lacks in what most champs excel in without excelling in anything himself.
