Be realistic, these pretty much all the bugs that can be fixed without significant manhours into tracking down exact cause and effect. Most of riot is probably out of the office for new years.

They might as well lock him then since some of them are stupidly game changing, one being him silencing himself, or his E completely missing, or how bout that thing where two viktors can fight over the ults? yea... not as bad as yoricks ult killing you a million times, but almost.
