Not going to happen. What are you going to do when your champion gets banned? It will happen. Just in draft, I've had all characters I consider my mains (that being four of them: karthus, kassadin, singed, and morgana) banned.

What are you going to do if someone grabs the champ you picked before you do? You'll have to play someone else, which is why it's is ALWAYS better to get good at a variety of champions. You don't need to master them all, but you sure as hell need to master more than only one champ.

Seriously though, if you must have only one then choose Cho'Gath.
