Just how essential is it to have a jungler? And what do you do if both teams have a jungler?

Last I checked about TT, you can't have a dedicated jungler, roamer, or jungler. You need to be able to fluidly move between those roles as everyone.

in some of these matches i have seen just one person on the enemy team have a jungler and it has really been messing us up.
