Not a huge deal, but I can't undo more than one Mastery point while building my spec. Will the return points function be available in retail w/o a penalty? If so then my point is moot.

could it be the skills you are trying to undo are filling prereqs for higher tier mastery skills? I haven't had a problem backing out if I do so from top to bottom (or rather bottom to top as it's currently laid out)
