You don't need to have a complete new rune page for every new champ. Just build a few generic pages, they will be fine.

Yup, money wasted. Its kinda obvious what Riot's overall objectives are with the actions they take.

High frequency of champions with uninspired kits released with lots of tournament coverage. Low amount of balancing/fixing/new content. Those in charge want to make the game popular and make a mint from the game while it is still popular. I wouldn't be surprised if the game/company was sold off or scraped after it loses popularity. Everything else is secondary to making the quick buck.

Riot is ****, i play their free game and dont pay a dollar! bought a ip boost then out of nowhere banned, i bet i dont get the refund any takers ha. **** riot

First they reduce Ip gain.
Then they release all 6300 champs.
Next they reduce no champs anymore.
-All champs reduced 80% of lvl 30s had.
Now we hear no word of reductions...
Monopoly much?

and they reduce the ip gain
they release tons of 6300 champs
new runepages are 6300 too
a full runepage is around 10000-15000 IP

it's impossible to play this game only with IP, you can't be competitive enough buying thing only with IP
