Sion ****s any ap carry at mid if gets caught, so annoying stun + shield and if you are not dead you have to b. And about ashe, she's the new old sivir IMO.

Nerf sion? Bah! Pain in the ass but you can totally farm under your tower vs him unlike vs morgana where her Q can poop on you.

Actually they do. Cryptic Gaze and his shield both have a 0.9 ratio and the same range. His stun really just breaks the game because it's an auto target stun that deals massive damage.
While I agree that he needs a nerf, I really don't think Ashe needs a buff.

The AP Sion isn't that OP he only get out of control if you let him. The ash buff is arguable since a lot of the other Ad carry's out shine her.
Siv+Cait with there insane pushing power
Ez+Graves with there survivability
Vayne with her lazer eye beams of death

No...If you're full hp one Q+W combo doesn't force the other mid to go heal and it certainly doesn't kill him, that's a gross exaggeration. 1.8 ratio isn't much either, lots of heroes have 3+ so I'm not sure what your point is.

ashe doesnt need a buff. if she were to get buffed IMO the only thing she needs is a lower cd on her bird
