Everytime i go into the winter map i become the team screw over, and i dont like it, i remeber riot got rid of this map last year for similiar reasons but why havnt they been fixed? As it is i cant play on the winter map without my fps dropping to a steady 14 and my ms bounces anywere between 500-8000 which as everyone knows makes it practically impossible to play at either

if anyone can help me that would be fantastic, i always set my settings to lowest on everything in that map and it doesnt seem to do a thing and im kinda at a loss assist please
