Sometimes in teamfights my FPS drop to 1 --" 1 frame per second imagine its so slow --" is there anyway to fix this ? ive jsut recently reinstalled windows so my pc is clean i dont understand why its so slow can anyone help ?

Disable vertical sync, also sometimes shadows drop FPS a lot for some reason. Disable both, then report back.

Your resolution and the settings are what's causing your FPS to drop. Lower your resolution/the game's settings. Turn off shadows, etc.
