I have been playing team ranked lately and have noticed that we have been being placed against only teams that are doing their placement matches. It is starting to get annoying when we lose a few games in a row and lose ELO only to find out that a seeding team was our opponent and they have people in their team above 1600 ELO.

Riot needs to sort out their ranking queue match-ups so that we play people who are actually seeded at our level. I don't know if this is to do with the fact that people can keep making new teams to retry for a higher ELO or not but the last 10 games I have had 8 of them be against people in their placement matches, and checked their solo/duo ranking and saw 1500 - 1650 ELO.
