About half the time I shoot my Harpoons, it goes on cooldown but nothing happens. No harpoon shoots, the enemy takes no damage, I don't get anything on my heat signature. It just activates my cooldown. This makes Rumble unplayable because it kills my combos and CC (snare harpoon).
How do I fix this?
