Have not recieved bonus RP 11 days later

I purchased $5 in Riot Points on 1/5/12, before the cut off for the bonus 300 RP on the 10th, and i have yet to receive my bonus points. I put in a complaint and didn't hear back and would like someone to explain why i have not received my points. I have gone to the store and attempted to purchase items and the bonus has not showed up. I have not received an e-mail either.
