Twitch is good, but in my experience, either a twitch does really well, or he just gets stomped into the ground.
Eve these days always gets roflstomped.
Teemo is a fair choice, but he's not a true stealth character, same as Wukong, Vayne, etc.
Shaco is an awesome choice for some stealth ganking.
