in 1 day 10th games in a row i get
afker, leaver, and negative attitude kids.
mostly the issue with leaver and afker though....
I am curious if this is happening as well for everyone or i am just terribly unlucky I keep getting these people...

and in 1 week period i win 2/50 games because of leavers/afkers.

You're quite unlucky, not that in every game just happens to have a leaver but the fact that your ELO has probably fallen to the point where most people don't care about leaves (which makes their ELO **** as well).

You're essentially stuck in a gap of ELO where there's going to be a lot of leavers/AFKers and you're just going to have to find a way to climb out of it on your own (I suggest playing Tryndamere).

Also, make sure you report the leavers.
