megavideo facilitates a lot of pirated movies and tv shows. they do remove them, but im sure they expected this to happen, and im sure they are prepared with a hot shot lawyer that will give a big middle finger to whoever is trying to shut them down.

I just don't understand how the FBI has the power to shut down a Hong Kong based company. Asian countries typically tell the US government to **** off when they try to mess with companies in there country. Regardless though, this has nothing to do with SOPA/PIPA, and they will not pass. The White House has said they do not support the bill and Obama would veto it in its current state, so the architects of the bill are back to the drawing board.
