What I don't understand is why old champions don't get their prices dropped. I feel like When they add a new champion a single champion from each tier should fall down to the lower tier (6.3k to 3.15k, 3.15k to 1350, 1350 to 450). This keeps an incentive for gathering IP or purchasing heros, while not having a huge list of completely, realistically, unobtainable champions.
As for runes, I feel they just cost too much. Way too much to get one full one rune page.
