For all you naive Junior Members, champions are rotated EVERY week however not every week if there a list of next week champs. Just because the list for Week 3 is not up does not mean the champions are not going to be rotated, also rotations do not always occur on the same day so just because they aren't rotated Monday doesn't mean they aren't going to be rotated.

Sad? I'm uber happy there's no free Garen. I didn't want people to faceroll with him and I was worried I'd have to use my skin every game.
