Any character on LOL similar to Bane Elemental AKA Atropos?

Not really. Similar moves exist on a variety of characters, but no mana steal ability exists and the longest channel suppresses are about 1.75 secounds at most.

I guess you could say Warwick has two similar abilities between his q and ultimate.

But there's no one really like him.

in terms of an ulti suppress i would have to go with malzahar. in all honesty he's the closest you're gonna get in my opinion

Nah Malzahar isn't that good since he got nerfed. Warwick's ult is much better

Malz is practically Atropos.

AoE % damage, DoT, Suppression. What else did bane have....

I would love intermittent stuns on Malz's DoT haha, although I do admit that would be gamebreaking.

Not really. Malz has pretty much the same Ult as Atropos but that is about it. There is no one in LoL with as much CC and debuff potential as Atrops. No one has a major damage debuf, no one has a "sleep effect", no one has a steal health Nuke(maybe Yorick counts for this), only Malz has a high damage long lock down Ultimate, and no one has all 4 things rolled into one package.

Bane was my favorite DotA champ as well and it sucks that there is no one like him in LoL. It really sucks there is no debuff-suport champion archetype at all in LoL.
