Make sure you get the revive mastery too.

This can only be done in Blind Pick as well, unless you luck into being 1st pick and enemy team counts on you banning rammus.

Rammus only has a 60% win rate overall in Dominion. And that is just a little bit higher than Karthus.

"only has". Anything higher than 51% should be a general clue that someone is extremely broken.

Well, the one I played against last time didn't have a clue what he was doing and was only slightly more valuable to his team than Lee Sin, who dc'd twice.

And he was a bad player. So what? The second he learns how to play rammus in dominion, assuming he doesn't get an AFK or brand new player.

rammus does well in blind because people dont like to play good counters for things

best counter to rammus is teemo, by far
