I dont believe anyone mentioned this, but the Crimson Elite was General DuCoteau's elite unit. Talon and Riven both worked for him. Swain and Leblanc shouldn't be getting a CE skin mostly because they're a part of the Black Rose and are presumably the ones who kidnapped the general. Cass and Kat might be getting one but I can also the reason behind them not getting one (father keeping his daughters safe). Which would be a shame, because CE Kat vs Commando Garen ftw
