1. Make an account
2. Set it to level 30
3. Start at 1200 like the rest of us
4. Get to 1400 in solo queue without sharing that you are a riot employee

5. Do it without 2-person premades so that you have to interact and work with the other 4 members on your team who are anonymous strangers.

One of y'alls at RIOT should try and do that, record every game, and when (and if) you actually do succeed, it would be an awesome series of youtube videos and a great front page news feature.

My brother, thorough the power of God or what have you, won 8 or more (went to bed) matches in a row yesterday, in solo queue.
