Who's the best character? I'd say my favorite is Nocturn, but idk if he's the BEST...

There is no best champion it just depends on how well you play the champion to decide which champion is best for you.

My favourite is Cho'Gath.

Solo top, harass, sustain, CC, silence, Nuke... He's got it all broski.

I'd have to say Eve.

Marth for sure, but Fox or Falco are good choices too.

kog mawis THE BEST champ that there ever was. he has great burst dmg if you go either AP or AD. he has amazing armour pen especialy if you use my build and he has a soft cc aka his "e" the slow. His ult has the longest range of any non global non movement ability in the game and scales very well with AD and AP. his CS is very easy beacause he attacks so fast and the projectile motion speed is also fast. These are reasons why Kog maw is the best champ ever. if you need hard evidence that is more powerful than words.......get in a game either aganst me or with me and watch the enemy of me melt away no matter who they are.
