People not receiving msgs in game

Seems like you can whisper people all you want, but they will not receive any of it until they are out of game to see it in the dialog box.

i've noticed this problem as well. i've also tried whispering other people while IN game who i know are online. i receive the error that i'm not connected to the pvp chat server or whatever... so apparently that is the problem.
