I just bought the Twisted fate character (After seeing that small interesting guide on the Riotgames youtube account) with Influence points. I've checked and I've definately purchased him as he is no longer buyable in the shop (Unless I set it to already bought then I can see him and not buy him....Obviously)

But when I start in the matchmaking system he doesn't appear in the hero select screen. It's just all the other free heros available. Do I have to play ranked games to select him. Am I just not seeing him? I doubt that but I can be a dolt at times? Please help me. Or explain what happened.
