This map truly has no practical defensive counter to stealth. Of the two consumable items in the game used to counter stealth (as well as the only items in the game that defensively counter stealth), one is unavailable on Dominion (Vision Ward). This removes the most reliable anti-stealth option in the game from Dominion mode.
What's more is that the Dominion version of Oracle's Elixir, Oracle's Extract, is a nerfed version of Oracle's Elixir. Oracle's Extract has a set duration of 5mins, but is also cleared if the user champion dies. Why does this item have a set duration if killing the user champion wipes the effect? Furthermore, why on a map where dying and killing is obscenely commonplace, and in general just part of the game mode, is there a consumable buff that gets wiped by killing the champion? That's extremely, EXTREMELY poorly thought out. There's no incentive to strive to survive when you have an Oracle's Extract because the effect is going to fall off in 5mins; however, if you make it your best effort to be "the Oracle's guy", you'll likely die while hunting down their stealthers on a map as fast paced as Dominion. This item is impractical in it's own game mode.
If you're going to give it a set duration, do not make the effect wipe upon death.
However, these items existing has nothing to do with how impractical Oracle's Extract is on Dominion. Those items being good doesn't make Oracle's Extract less bad.
