he's good, but really, no good CC, no quick escape and squishy... so he's far from best... but good enough.)

he has almost no escape. its a sad thing because the rest of his kit is sick for it

Ziggs can dominate if you get too very tanky dps guys... Stay back at the beginning, and let them blow their load. Ult on right behind them and make them walk into your teammates, then throw your cc bombs down and harass with Q. He can do damage while your tankers take your hits
