Maybe it's just my interface, but I can't use the horizontal scroll bar unless I select the borders. If I click in the center of the bar, nothing happens, but if I click on the border, I can select the bar and scroll left and right. There is a similar issue with the horizontal scroll arrows, but there are no problems with the vertical scroll bar.
