HI summoners, those of u who have played for quite a while now no that minions have little effect in The Crystal Scar. Also, in both game modes, receiving 2 or 3 kills results in a substantial amount of exp held against all ur opponents. That being said, minions should be more for counterplay for exp and gold instead of the player jumping into team fights. Which is why i want Riot to toggle with certain aspects of the game such as
- minions doing 10% more dmg
- recycled minions in domion heal nexus for 1/25 of their health

So many needless turret deaths everyday, someone should make a public advisory video spoof.....
