Actually, it's not a bad idea to pass it off to an Ezreal bot lane. I was up against that once, and he was firing W literally every time it was off cooldown. Needless to say, we lost that lane HARD.

Not true at all. Imagine what Taric could do if he was just constantly stun-shattering the enemy ADC and healing off any traded damage. It would have potential to snowball the lane way harder than any gank could.

Similarly, imagine getting smacked in the face with a snowball every. six. seconds. It doesn't do much damage on it's own, but holy **** it will add up fast.
