Description: Upon visiting Poppy's Champion info page by any means (though the store is easiest to me), her Skins tab will have a 2nd 'Classic' skin as a locked skin card.

Repro steps:
1. Go to the STORE
2. Click on Champions
3. Find Poppy's page
4. Click her skins tab

Note: I tested this with another person (TheMightofAsgard) and he confirmed it was happening to him as well. However, it's only in the PBE, not in the live client.

Update: this happens to Master Yi as well.

This happens to Mord as well, probably a lot more

This happens to mord, as Spartaan said, but I've noticed it doesn't happen in the store or when you click on his portrait in the champions tab. This only happens to mord that I've noticed when In champion select in a game.
