Still, I (probably many others) appreciate this pre-release briefing on the new champion. Seems interesting enough.

Hoping this'll break my "Singed is the only Tank I give two hoots about" mindset I've got.

Yep. Another void Champion.
This seems to be the case, seems like we finally have a Lovecraft-inspired tentacle champ. It seems to me that this may be the infamous "Kog'maw's Daddy" that was said to be in development many months ago.

Clues: Large, Aquatic,"lost", "ancient", all of those are characteristics of the Old Ones. Additionally, he is code-named Nautilus, which was a tentacled armored creature of the Precambrian era. Picture attached.

Q- Anchor Grapple
W- Water Shield
E- Ring of Tentacles from the ground keeping targets in
R- Water Torrent

The hookshot is going to be the anchor that he will wield, not a tentacle.
