Is he still beast with AD/AD per runes like before the changes/damage pushing around/remake or is Pen better now?

Now that Jax doesn't have his passive dodge % anymore, I can just bait out his stun, back off while it charges off or cleanse out if I screw up, then light him up with a fed Kow'maw.

Couldn't do that before his rework.

Jax is still very strong tho many QQ'd after his rework.

OP, you may have faced Q+W+lucky crit I suppose.
