elo's were not reset according to the change log, only level,masteries,runes, and IP were reset

but I have to agree that is clearly not a very high level of play, but kudos on your kills, maybe soon you'll start getting matched with good players.

From games where I've solo queued: by the number of low play time (I asked) and complete idiot (0-13-1 Ashe, 1-9-2 Gangplank) team mates I've been suffering through nearly every game I've played after the reset compared to how everyone I was teamed with before the rest was atleast competent with basic mechanics and item builds, I would say they lied about how the ELO wasn't reset.
