[Drop-in Spectate][minor] Twisted Treeline Bug

I dropped in on my friends Twisted Treeline game about 12 minutes in. The purple team had destroyed the two blue outer towers but it didn't show up on the scoreboard at the top. Towers showed zero for both teams even though two were already down.

1. drop in spectate a twisted treeline game
2. check to see if any towers have been destroyed on the mini map.
3. check the scoreboard at the top to see if the score is properly displayed.
