Hey Phreak can you congratulate the guys who made the Vladimir's animations for me? I love his dance and movement animation!

So you are invincible for 2.5 seconds and can move and do damage plus slow them with Rylai's. GG?

Edit: My bad, his pool has a built in slow too...sooo....yeah. Don't even need Rylai's.

Similar to many here I am deeply worried about sanguine pool but I'll trust you guys know what you're doing. Thank you though for the incredibly needed Shaco and Xin nerfs. I don't think the decieve cooldown is high enough yet but it is a step in the right direction. Might be enough to see Shaco a bit less on the ban list.
