This is a terrible idea. If you want a challenge OP then you want to play 4v5. Nothing is better than winning a 4v5, all it takes is a little bit of skill and a lot of harassing and warding. Split pushing helps too.

Agree wholeheartedly to this idea, though I think it should be available either after 20 minutes or immediately after any DC.

Outcome should be no win or loss for either team, if the vote receives a majority vote from all still-connected players.

For those who are naysayers, you'd have the option to not vote in favor of.
