Lag while changing screens in PVP.net

I don't know if it's just me, but I don't think my computer is that horrible.

However, after the new patch, it seems that PVP.net takes a longer time to load summoner profile or rune book or mastery page, etc... Basically changing between the screens takes a while, and I don't believe it should?
Unless it's written out that way, or it's affected by # of users on the server.

Just thought I'd point it out.

I've seen a drop in response time myself, not sure what they did but it does take a little longer to go through it all.
