I usually play Lux and don't generally buy cd items outside of Ionian Boots. When I'm up for it, I'll get Lichbane, but my build is generally all AP and I hit 24 sec lasers almost every game. I even hit it in a game where I bought bloodthirster and phantom dancers.

Idk why they would give her this new cd starts when she uses her slow ability, wtf about gragas? its the same thing and he does less damage, buffing champs that dont need to be buffed is retarded, tbh she needs her cd on her ult longer, it makes using champs like gragas useless.
