Welcome to the Lissandra Champion Auditions![/center]
This thread should be self-explanatory, but for those of you who are new to the process, let me break it down. First, please start by reading the guidelines linked above. That will help explain the process a little better. Assuming you've already done that, I'll cut to the chase. This is where the magic will happen. "Smurf" accounts that want to have a chance to portray Lissandra will post in this thread, announcing their intent to compete. They will then be listed in the main post here.
Once we have a list of the candidates, we will go about the audition, voting, and judging process. Rather than cluttering the forums with multiple threads, the gathering of applicants will be done in this thread, as well as the submissions. When we're sure we have all the applicants, the process of submissions can begin. For ease, please post all Questions/tasks together in a single post for your audition if possible. This will make it much easier to keep track of all the submissions. As they come in, we'll attempt to link them next to the names of the applicants for easy access.
The questions and tasks for the auditions can be seen below, so prospective applicants can get their creative juices flowing or even start working on their submissions before they can submit them. However, please don't submit early. The status of the auditions will be updated as time goes along, so check back now and again to see how we're progressing!

Questions/Tasks:
1) Traditionally, "League Judgments" were asked to be created for a champion. However, while entertaining to a degree, they lack the true weight of the actual situation.
Lissandra is a strange circumstance, as she has no real outspoken reason for joining the League. As this is the case your main task is to write about Lissandra's past. We know from in-game lore tidbits and hints that she once fought alongside Avarosa and Serylda under the name of "The Seeker." There are two large parts of Lissandra's character here, and as a result, for the first time ever, you will have TWO OPTIONS for your main task. To compete, you need only complete one of the two.
Option 1:
You are Lissandra, the Seeker. Your allies, your sisters even, Avarosa (primarily) and Serylda, have spoken of rebelling against the Frozen Watchers, and retaking Valoran and Freljord from their icy grasp. What warring thoughts rage within you as they make ready to follow this path? This is a chance for you to deeply explore Lissandra's past as you will consider it for your headcanon. We all know how this eventually turns out, obviously, but how does she reach her ultimate decision? Does she have a moral conflict? Does she simply decide to coldly betray her allies in favor of the Watchers? This is your chance to tell us.
Option 2:
The final battle on the bridge overlooking the Howling Abyss is raging, but you are losing. The combined forces of the Iceborn are, against all odds, proving to be too much for the Watchers, and your masters are beginning to fall back, hurled into the Abyss. With your inevitable defeat looming on the horizon, what thoughts swim through your mind? Do you think of your betrayal? Do you consider how you may have failed them? Do you plan for revenge? Explain Lissandra's thoughts as she faces yet another major turning point in her character development.
As long as she arrives at the destination of her current Riot Lore (and obviously follows it), feel free to develop her as a character. This is a prime opportunity to surprise us with your creativity, and allow her to chill us to the core with her depth. Show us YOUR Lissandra that you will portray on the forums as a character.
2) Next, imagine our friend (and hero!) Ram Steed, now working as an independent journalist since the collapse of the Journal of Justice, has traveled, bravely, to the frozen depths of the Freljord to meet up with "The Ice Witch" so he can bring the "truth" of things to the public eye, and interview this dangerous and frightening being from the north. Express "The Ice Witch's" views (In character and in Interview Format!) on Ashe, Sejuani, and Trundle. However, Ram Steed has also decided to ask "The Ice Witch" about a "Fourth Champion." As the RPer, it is your job to choose this 4th Champion. Your reasoning for this choice should be contained in a small explanation below this part of the submission. Think about how Lissandra speaking about this champion could reveal something about her as a character. This is yet another chance to surprise us with your insight into the mind of Lissandra, and who she is as a person. It is important to note that, technically (and highly illogically considering her essential connection to a summoner), no one knows Lissandra is the Ice Witch.
Bonus: If you're like me, you're probably wondering how, exactly, Lissandra managed to hide who she truly is from the summoners of the League. One can assume powerful magic, but let us remember who we're dealing with. The League and its summoners are certainly no pushover. Therefore, your task for this bonus question is to explain, in character, perhaps through a small portion of story, how Lissandra managed to keep everyone (summoners) in the dark about her true identity within the League of Legends. Is it straightforward? Did she conspire with someone high-ranking to allow her into the League? Perhaps a loyal Frostguard Summoner was arranged for her Judgement? Did she use her own magic to leave her true name hidden? Whatever you decide will be the case for your headcanon of Lissandra, put it down here for us to see!
Now, clearly, this is a bonus segment, but I would suggest going through the difficulty to prepare it. After all, the more material the community has, and we have as judges, the more accurately they can vote for their opinion of most accurate portrayal. As a bonus question, this doesn't have to be as long as the other submission, but this is a look into how you want others to see Lissandra in your portrayal. So, the more material and insight, the better!
